Located in the beautifully restored fermentation hall of the historic Stein Brewery, founded in 1871, Spilka combines Bratislava’s brewing heritage with contemporary gastronomy. The original brewery was once the third-largest brewery in former Czechoslovakia, and today the space retains its industrial character with impressive historic architecture and spacious interiors.
Spilka’s concept revolves around traditional brewery cuisine, quality ingredients and freshly served tank beer, offering a modern interpretation of classic Slovak and Czech favourites.
What to expect
