Taste authentic Slovak dishes

During the tour, you will discover traditional Slovak flavours, including:

  • Bryndzové halušky – Slovakia’s famous potato dumplings with sheep cheese and bacon
  • Traditional sauerkraut soup with pork and sausage
  • Treska v majonéze – a popular Slovak fish salad speciality
  • Local pastries, including Bratislava rolls (Bratislavské rožky) filled with poppy seeds or walnuts
  • Handmade chocolate pralines and other sweet treats

You will also taste typical Slovak drinks such as local wine, craft beer, Kofola (a popular Slovak herbal soft drink), honey wine, blackcurrant wine and TatraTea, a traditional herbal liqueur.
