Soupculture Bratislava

  • Street food

Soupculture offers one of Bratislava’s most original food concepts: freshly prepared soups served in edible cups. Located just steps from Michael’s Gate, this eco-friendly café combines healthy eating with a zero-waste philosophy.

The menu features a rotating selection of cream soups inspired by flavours from around the world, prepared using seasonal ingredients and served in freshly baked edible cups. Guests can choose from different cup varieties, including spirulina, turmeric and beetroot.

What to expect

Every day, Soupculture prepares fresh vegetarian and vegan soups based on more than 50 original recipes. All soups are gluten-free, and a gluten-free edible cup is also available.

The concept eliminates the need for disposable packaging, making it a popular stop for environmentally conscious travellers looking for a quick, healthy meal in the city centre.

In addition to soups, visitors can also enjoy coffee served in edible cups, creating a truly unique culinary experience.

Location

Soupculture is located on Michalská Street, one of the most picturesque streets in Bratislava’s Old Town, just a short walk from Michael’s Gate and the Main Square.
