Parking in Bratislava depends on where you are going and how long you plan to stay. The easiest option is not always to drive directly into the city centre.
Choose the best parking option
- For a short visit to the Old Town: use visitor parking in a PAAS zone or a paid car park near the city centre
- For a longer visit: consider a park-and-ride car park and continue by public transport

Visitor parking and PAAS zones
- Bratislava uses the PAAS parking system in regulated parking zones. Visitor parking is usually marked by green PAAS signs.
- The sign shows the parking section code, controlled hours and payment information. Prices and rules may differ by zone.
- You can usually pay for parking through a parking app, by SMS, at a parking meter or at selected payment points.
