The name “FACH” reflects the idea of mastering a craft, from baking and coffee roasting to cooking and hospitality.

What to expect

During the day, FACH Bistro serves seasonal breakfasts, brunch dishes, fresh salads, homemade pastries, sourdough bread, cold-pressed juices and expertly prepared specialty coffee.

The bakery uses traditional multi-generational sourdough starters to produce fresh bread, baguettes, croissants and pastries baked daily on-site.

In the evening, FACH Dine & Share transforms the space into a relaxed dining destination where dishes are designed for sharing. The menu changes regularly and highlights seasonal ingredients presented in a contemporary style.

FACH is located on Ventúrska Street, one of Bratislava’s most charming pedestrian streets, just a short walk from Main Square, St. Martin’s Cathedral and other major Old Town attractions.
